Anonymous on "Vodafone Wrong deductions in last couple of months Not so Helpful Customer Care"

Noticed about Rs.99 auto deducted and called customer care only to know that some 'NDTV value pack @99' was downloaded from my number 9776797014 . I never downloaded it and explained same to CC. None of them are ready to listen to problem I am experiencing and kept on saying in blunt , harsh manner - 'system showing it's downloaded... we can't help'.

I end up WITHOUT HELP and WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT TO DO IF HAPPENS AGAIN. Being educated enough I am sure I have not downloaded it or any such said 'NDTV value pack @99' from any of my number yesterday, as I never use it.

Alike cases experienced for the second time in last couple of months today. I have to STOP USING VODAFONE if happens again. Feeling cheated and helpless, I made a post about same in complaintboard.in.

I must say local CustomerCare here in Bhubaneswar should stop going for regional language to communicate when customer opted for English/Hindi in IVR. They should know what they are talking about.
