Hello,
This is Swapnil Madgulwar using Vodafone Sim Card for my iPad 3G usage.
On 24th of Dec I recharge my account by 249 for 3g data as 3g services not started on my iPad i called vodafone center so they said in Main balance i should have more than 2Rs for Data usage.
So again I recharge By 10 RS on 26th Of november.
Now today 28th of Dec when i again call back they are saying "you have used all 3g data on 25th of Dec"
I requested them to take my request that this is wrong data usage shown in your system. But they were like "you have used the data and we can not take customer request " and they refuses to take any request.
So it is my request to please resolve this issue.
