I am a member of kaya.
I was assisted by Anju.G at Bandra West Clinic. I paid 28300 nd kaya clinic have never called me for my Appt confirmation, i had to always call kaya and confirm my own Appt.
Points
1. Kya service is not good. When they wanted me to pay they treated us very nicely. No we get no response at Kaya clinic.
2. After my first session of Q switched laser i had got red sports but Doctors at Kaya clinic ignored it stating that the reaction is for some time and it will go away after some time. BUT it never went.
This way i had completed 3 Q Switched laser session and now my entire face is of boils which i never had, i had visited Kaya Clinic to get my face better but now its worst.
3. I then visited kya again. To let them know that Bcz of Q switched laser now my entire face has boils.They gave me some out side cream for which i had to pay more at Medical shop, so now they have delayed the service for 10 days now my next Appy is for Q switched. I can't understand if the treatment is not suiting some one how can they again proceed with the same.
Instead of getting a clarity on my face nd neck. My Face and Neck has turned more black.
I need an answer now that i had come to kya to improve my face nt not spoil it, so who is responsible now for my face damage?
Top of it i have spend so much money. This means i have lost my money and as well spoiled my face, if Kaya will nt help me, i will fight legally. Bcz i have paid a huge amount of money.
I will let the entire world know how kya cheats people through News.
