I had changed my plan for my Vodafone no: 9833115112 on 12 Nov 2014 to E-Connect-3G-299-New as per the message I have received. After my bill got generated on 7 Dec 2014, I can see that
there are 3 monthly rentals charged (see Pic 1). After having a word with the customer desk guy, he says I had change my plan twice due to which 3 monthly rentals have been added to my bill. Can you show me any communication I have sent to convert my plan the second time??? Neither did I get any message from Vodafone telling me that my plan had been change for the second time in the same month. Do things work as per your convenience or it is customer’s convenience you look at???
