Anonymous on "COMPLAINT AGAINST REDIFF SHOPPING"

i purchase a order no-10503276 on 13 oct 2014.
i received poor quality product and i made a request for return on 13 oct.i called them 30-40 times , they always said we are trying but till this date no response.
No one from rediff come to take order back.neither they reply mail timely.
rediff is fake site.i will not recommend to any one. worst service i ever saw ,poor quality product.
please forward my request.
