Anonymous on "Reliance is not giving me a post paid bill hard copy & have disconnected my phon"

My reliance cdma prepaid number (+919379356407) was converted to gsm post paid number & the first bill was delivered to my residence address. Subsequent month i was forced to pay the bill without bill delivered to me & they expect me to pay as per their sms messages. I have informed every person who has been calling me to deliver the bill to my address and to collect the payment. Nobody is bothered to do anything about this.
Today (9th December 2014) there was a call from so called Reliance Customer Care & i first spoke to a person by name Yatish & the call was transferred to Ashwini.R. They refused to accede my request and disconnected the call.
Someone please help me to get the bill & i want to clear their dues which is Rs.478 only. I need the bill to be used as address proof.
