I have Vodafone post paid connectionlan.Suddenly this month my bill has come out to be 7100 On checking with Vodafone customer care , I was told that i have done ISD call of Rs 5600. I asked for details. They said even they don't have the details now & can be had once the bill is generated. I got the details only next day. It said that I have made a ISD call to Estonia no 37270030065 for 56 minutes at Rs.100/minute.
I had not made any such call. In spite confirming that I haven't made any such call, Vodafone insist that the bill is correct & I have to pay.
When I asked
1) Why have they activated ISD without permission?
2) Why was the credit limit set to above 9000?
I feel cheated by not informing me some service given to me without my knowledge. Also Vodafone has failed to protect me from such fraudulent international calls.
Please help me i see several such complains on consumer court for month of october and i have also got this bill fo r month of october only. My number is 9828596928.
