I had order a book vide order no. 10631958 on 30/10/2014and paid for the same by my credit card. The article was not delivered ,reason stated by party rediff shopping is technical. I am following up with them by phone as well as email. So far I have not succeeded. I have also sent them the copy of credit card statement indicating the said transaction. Inspite of all they are not refunding the amount. Apparently party is a fraud and cheats customers. Request please take up the issue with the party for resolution.
