I have cancelled my return ticket from Kolkata to Srinagar on 9th September,which was scheduled to go on 28th September 2014,return ticket being on 5th October through MakeMyTrip (Booking ID NF2201739483990) .

As per DGCA directive ,there should be a waiver of cancellation for bookings done during ( 6thSep - 31st Oct).
But as per MakeMyTrip Reference ID: [140909-007483]
"With reference to our earlier e-mail, as per the revert received from Airlines, we regret to inform you that as per Air India policy the circular of waiver for the penalty amount has been started from 10 Sep 2014 to 30 Sep 2014. Here the booking has been cancelled on 09 Sep 2014. So our ticketing team is unable to claim the the balance refund form Airlines.
So here as our ticketing is unable to claim the refund for the penalty amount, our ticketing team needs the stamped document from Airlines which is mandatory for our team to claim the refund form Airlines."
This is very annoying from both MakeMyTrip and Air India for making excuses for the refund of the cancellation money.
Please look into the matter,and please arrange for my refund of cancellation charges.
