I was using the services of Tikona from last 2 years. The promised speed limit of 2mbps was never provided. Still I had tolerated with their services. Mnay times, I had faced the connectivity issue which was attended by their customer care executive after long waiting on phone numbers.
After 2 years, when I lost all my patience, I decided to disconnect the service as during July 2014 I was not getting any connectivity and their technicians were unable to resolve the problem.
Then I was told that it will take 45 days to disconnect for which I had given several reminders on mail as well as phone.
Then they started to harrass me with the automated calls to pay the dues.
Still I had mailed them several time that as no connectivity was provided i will not pay any bill and collect their modem as well.
But their person never came to collect the modem and yesterday I got another bill by charging penalty of Rs. 1500/- for modem not surrendered.
In October 2014, I have received call from lawer calling himself from Delhi High Court and informing me that I f am not paying the dues, then a case will be filed against me and it will afftect my credit rating on CRISIL. I was in deep shock that without issuing a formal notice, how a case can be filed in court.
Today again I got a call from a lady lawer calling himself Govt. lawer of Mumbai court from +919313742502 that a case is filed in Delhi Court and it has came for registration to Mumbai and soon I will get the case no. and other details. She also thretened me that as this is CIVIL case, it will afect my Credit rating on CRISIL.
Again I was in shock that how a case can be filed without a notice is served.
I again called to customer care as well as written mails to collect the device and reverse the penalty charged which the customer care exec. has directly denied and asked me to pay the same.
Still I am in great shock due to the harrassment from Tikona agents who called them as lawyers.
