This is Rahul Sharma. I am a vodafone user since past 5 years and there are 4 connection of vodafone in my family older more than 10 years. I was so satisfied with the service and assistance provided to me till date but today I called on 198 (your customer support helpline) for my complaint regarding inability to call. I was assisted by an executive Named Amit Kumar. He is the worst customer service assistant I have ever faced in my life. I called up at 9:42. The executive was not at all helpful and very rude too. His answers and tone was not at all polite and he misbehaved a lot. I am so disappointed with it.
When I didn't get any satisfactory response I said to him "please transfer to my call to your senior or your supervisor. I don't want to talk to you. if you don't do so, I will write a mail regarding your complaint.
He very rudely replied "Sir, call transfer nahi hogi, sab busy hai. apko jaha mail daalna hai daal do." His this reply pissed me off even more.
I again insisted by saying "please don't provoke me to lose my temper. Don't piss me off anymore, I am afraid I might speak bad words to you."
He again replied with a very rude tone and said "Sir apki khud ki zubaan gandi hogi gali doge toh"
I was seriously stunned at his response. You are the worst customer support I have ever come across. I would definitely suggest people not to use vodafone because you do misbehave with your customers on the name of after-sale service and customer assistance. I am repenting my decision to choose vodafone as my service provider.
