Anonymous on "Complaint about toshiba pen drive 16 gb"

Hi,
This is Yogini Deore. I brought Toshiba 16GB pendrive from snapdeal online but after 15 days its not working. I tried to contact Snapdeal Service centers but everyone said we were not provide any type of support for Toshiba. I also tired to contact Toshiba Customer care but did't get any response till yet.
This pen drive have 5 year warranty.... So I just want to clarification from Toshiba and I want to replace the Pendrive.
