I had placed an order with Rediff for a Montblanc pen (Order # 10526153) in the second week of October and when I had checked the status of the same, it was shown as delivered, but to a wrong address. I had sent umpteen complaints and had also spoken to their customer care executives. Each time I was assured of a status update within 24 to 48 hours. Though it is going to be almost two months now, I am yet to receive any communication from Rediff. This is least expected from a company who was one of the pioneers in online shopping.
