I have a case filed against me (PLC:221470/2014) and a lawyer named Vishwanath called me regarding this case. I had a reliance net connect connection (9343234674) and the device had gone faulty during its warranty period. I raised a complaint in reliance website and the complaint was closed the next day without any updates. I went to the dealer from whom I purchased and he asked me to call the customer care or visit a store in Rajaji nagar which is in the opposite direction to where I live and bought this connection.
I reached out to the contact center many times regarding this with no resolution and so I decided to stop payment. As expected they called me for payments and I repeated to all of them that there is an pending issue and they all assured me of someone will call to resolve.
MOnths went by none from reliance called and today I receive this call with a case filed against. I want to get rid of this connection and this case.Kindly help me.
