Hi,
After recharging 2G dataplan on 07/07/2013, i got a message that my dataplan was activated.
When i used internet after that i came to know that my balance has been deducted for using internet.
On checking with customer care that, it will take one hour to activate dataplan even though you might receieve SMS (stating the plan is activated).
Please advice/help me on how to get the Rs 65.00 which is deducted from main balance.
How does a person know that he needs to wait for one more hour after receiving activation sms.
