Dear Sir/madam,
I am one of the customer of vodafone with mobile no 8884509086. There were an offer to me for 1GB 3G data for 30 days with recharge of 155.00. I have done recharge of 155 on that day. But they provided 750MB 2G data for 21 days. I called customer care and asked the query related to the issue. They told that they will provide 3G data within 2 days. After 3 days also they didn't resolved my issue. Even they barred my calls to the customer care. Being a customer I feel I have rights to ask about the issue. Please provide me solution so that, I can register the complaint against the vodafone in consumer court.
