I have purchased two books from uread.com on 29 12.30 a.m. and they shipped it in 29 morning around 10 a.m. and it normally ships in 2-3 days but when I contacted bluedart Ajmer office on 31st March they said they haven't received yet so in evening I checked Trackdart and it shows CNEE'S ADD INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE/NOT LOCA | Contact Customer Service.
Then I contacted them again and they told that the delivery guy came there and no one was there at your home , I said them that I have been home throughout the day and then they said ," Ok we will deliver you soon" I emailed bluedart central office they replied back that they will deliver the item ASAP and then I again contacted bluedart Ajmer office on 2nd March the guy told me that the delivery man has taken your shipment and will reach you preety soon. Now it's 3rd March and I haven't yet recieved the item. I even complained it to uread.com on 1st march and they called me back on 2nd Morning and they told me that they will call bluedart and make sure that they deliver on time. I had also purchased a book from homeshop18.com and it was about to be shipped on 2nd march and it has also not been delivered by bluedart.

My earlier experience is also been bad with bluedart as I have to personally collect the items from them as they told me when contacted for delay in the parcel that they don't have sufficient delivery guys so we can't deliver you today( saturday) and we will deliver you on next working day, so I had to go and collect the items from the office as I had to go out early on Monday.
Luckily both these items are cash on delivery so I haven't to worry about my money but this delays in delivery is really frustrating and it has cause me mental harassment and also someone has to wait at home for the item. So I must say never buy anything online from websites who serves through bluedart as they have ridiculous services.
