Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to lodge a complaint against Seven S Academy for not providing the services promised and refusing refund.I paid Rs.8000 at the time of admission.however,On admission she told mi teaching up to passing bank exam and she only 6 months were taken and a change of professor was promised, since the earlier professor was not capable of teaching.They could not provide me with a professor and delayed me by One Week. They not agreed to pay refund which is not worth the services provided.I haven't been taught even 1 chapter.I request you to please initiate necessary action against them and refund my money
