I lodged complaint via email as soon as I received the product and got a reply after 3 days saying
you need to contact the vendor of lamere shoes regarding same.
When I tried contacting the vendor through the numbers that I was provided with, it was never ever received.
Either it was switched off the whole time or the service was temporarily disabled.
I want my full refund from rediff asap!
