Anonymous on "Getting Billsfor Deactivated Sim"

Hi,

I am a frustrated customer of Vodafone using no. +91-8447758517
I got this number activated via tele-verification on 22nd Sept, '14. Thereafter I was told that some one would visit my billing address for further verification. No Body came for the first time and my number was deactivated within few days of activation. On asking customer care, I was told that since you were not present at the time of visit, your number has been marked as negative. I asked them to register for re-verification as nobody actually came or gave me call before coming. Again same issue happened , nobody came in actual and my number was marked as negative again. I lodged several complaints, none of the vodafone executives entertained it. I dropped several mails to corporatecare.del@vodafone.com , but there was a lame answer stating your number has been negatively verified on this and this date. After following up for more than a month I gave up. But heights were crossed when I received bills for October and November month. So far I know that my number has not been in use from october 28th as it was deactivated still I am getting bills from 20th oct to 7th Nov. Which actually should be 22nd Oct to 28th Oct.
I am so frustrated right now, this is some sort of DADAGIRI.
Please guide me through, as either I want to get my number activated or I want this bill to be reverted back to those days it was actually active.Vodafone is a big fraud either they implant false bills or they torture there customers with there verification drama. If these people aren't interested in selling there products then whats the point of running the company, it should be shutdown. Or they will continue suing people like this.
