Dear Sir/madam,
I have purchased a prepaid SIM of yours and its not activated. Almost 7days completed.
I went to the shop 3times and ask the reason. They said due to Reliance server down this problem raised and it will take
more time to active my SIM. Even they said that the Reliance SIM executive (I mean the person from Reliance who come to
the shops to collect the orders of SIM) also said theat the due to the Server down it may take more time.
But when I called to the Customer Care (198) they said that there is no such problem and you go the shop.
Now my question is: As a customer Why should I suffer a lot for your SIM? I gave all the necessary doc. but still m
suffering.
Please take necessary action within 3days otherwise I will go to the Consumer Forum against Reliance.
