I am working in CTS , pune and having medical insurance policy of UHCP,India.
I am very disappointed with their customer service, from the past many days I am trying to call them up but all the time waiting time is like 20-25 minutes , So I tried to write them an email , but they are not replying for the email also.
I had a doubt regarding post hospitalization , in the policy it is mentioned that post hospitalization claim should be done within 60 days of hospitalization , now if they are not even replying then what should we do , If we send them incomplete documents , they will reject it...Luckily once I was able to talk with customer care , so i asked them about required docs , and the reply was really disappointed me , they told me that they cant say anything about it , once their team review it then only they can say further..So i wrote them an email , but it din't work for me also.
I have a proof also..
