Anonymous on "unlawful deduction of balance"

Hello my no is 9843036611 and on 9/11/2014 vodafone
deducted 49 rupees from my account. When contacted CC
told me that I have activated something like NDTV pack but
actually I have never activated it . I even dont know what
this pack means and also I did not get any confirmation
message.They refused to refund money . Please refund my
money or else they shall lose a custmor ....
