I had known issue with TV that amber green light is blinking and I registered complaint against this.The engineer surveyed and told that TV has serious issue and we need TV in workshop and parts should be replaced.
My concern is that if TV is not working with in 6 months and its need repair which will long for three to four days why I will continue with repaired TV whose quality is not good now and definitely it will again and again need repairment.
I need new color TV of same model as replacement of this TV be
cause in future, this will create trouble which need 3 to 4 days time to repair now and most of parts are in condition to repair as per your engineers.
Please replace this TV with new TV as this is fault of product.
Moreover the request 21404797 is pending from 9th of october with no care.
