Complaint against INDIGO Airlines
1. We booked a ticket for our son in Indigo Airlines from Delhi to Bangalore, details as below-

c. Flight- 6E 1151
d. Passenger – Tanveer S. Bakshi
e. Fare – Rs. 3505.00 (INR)
2. On the date of travel, the passenger fell very sick and was unable to reach the airport in time. Infact, at that time of the flight (08:05 AM), he was being examined by a doctor in a top ranking hospital of Delhi. His prescription clearly reflects his state of ill health and inability to travel. Our efforts to convince Indigo Airlines on telephone (Customer Care) did not yield any outcome. All we were requesting was a refund as a case of cancellation to which the Airline was not in agreement.
3. An email was also sent to their Customer Relations stating the above plight of the passenger. However their response remained unmoved and unrelenting. This inhuman and un-compassionate attitude of Indigo Airlines for a very small amount is absurd. We wish to bring the matter to the Consumer Court for redressal
4. We are hopeful of justice being met in the above case.
