Anonymous on "Flipkart not refunding money even after 15 days"

I order a Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W600A 81 cm (32) LED TV from Flipkart with Order ID OD201041730868001500.

They Shipped me Sony LCD.So i raised request to return the item and refund my money back on Oct 22nd 2014, as of now its not been approved for the refund.

When ever we call flipkart customer care they are just telling cock and bull stories and asking us to wait for one or two days and after that when we call them again they repeating the same story again and again.Today we spook to the Ass. Manager Mr. Sudeep and the flipkart Manager Kavita.

We need this refund ASAP.

Please do the needfull.
