I booked my flight in October,2012 through MakeMyTrip site and it got cancelled by the Kingfisher side. Since one and a half years, i have not got my refund amount. And no one from their side is woorried about the loss i had due to the cancellation of the flight. I have called customer care more than 50 times. Every time they ask teh detail, say sorry and than ask me to wait for another 3 to 5 working days. These 3 to 5 working days have become 17 months now. I am very much harrassed by the site.
