Dear Sir/Mam,

I wonder with this kind of customer service level how you guyz are operating the business. With so many calls and mails I am failed to get any response from your side forget about the resolution. I am highly dissatisfied and upset its been a month only I am using your service and could not find even a single responsible person in your whole org. And I have been forced to take this to consumer forum

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

This is Varun Walia and I would like to bring into notice that your customer service is really pathetic. Right from purchasing this card from Mr. Yogender kumar ( 92 12 207265) its been a nightmare for me. I have booked a plan of INR 600 rental but he has booked me on 999 rental and from there on I got stucked in your so called customer service trap.

In your call centre nobody knows the process. Intially I have been told that plan can be changed soon after d activation. When I called back again I was inforned that plan can be changed only after 1 billing. Now when I called yesterday they said wait fr billing message then raise the request. Now today I received the message and I called you guys to change the plan they are either disconnecting the calls or putting me on long hold. I spoke to Sanjay, Sandeep and Ankush.

Please get this changed else I have no option left than, to put a formal complaint to consumer court
