A debit of Rs 22,134/- from my SBI account during the registration process of my friend Mr. Debasish Sahoo at www.apkacareer.com . After we complained at www.aapkacareer.com, for tricking us by activating/registering us to more than one service in their site without our permission, the APKA CAREER.COM customer care/ Head customer service ( Mr.Ankur ) misguide us that they are investigating our case from 24th Sept.2013 and that the deducted amount will refund after 72 hrs by telephonic conversations, but till date no outcome has been done from their investigation. They even gave me with a complaint no. (41890123) of my transaction that has been illegally deducted. But they are denying to give any information about the bank or address of the bank they are linked with or any mail ensuring my refund.
on-line service activation at www.aapkacareer.com by my friend Debasish Sahoo in my presence on date 24th .September.2013 between 1:30-2:00 pm
Four transaction has been made on this debit card instead of one for amount Rs-1685 /-, as Debasish was instructed by Mr. Ankur from AAPKA CAREER main branch, Delhi on that day.
All the transactions was made from my debit card.

But no transaction details or service orders has been placed from my friend Debasish’s site account at www.aapkacareer.com. From the same day we have been requesting their customer care on phone to follow up the transaction details & send a mail to us on their proceedings for assurance, but they are avoiding our request by saying it will take time
I waited for last 6 working days but they didn’t take any corrective action till date and now they are threatening me to block my transaction complain & put me for trial at court.
I need action on www.aapkacareer.com because they are harassing me mentally without giving me satisfactory answer/ Investigation.
