Anonymous on "reliance recharge not done completely"

i have get my reliance gsm sim recharged rs.53. in which i should get 100 mb net for 30 dyas and rs. 30 Talktime but unfortunately i did not go it. I have recieved only the message that rs. 53 Recharge is done and nothing else.
When i connect to customercare it always shows them busy. Now i am frustated and irritated a lot. Plz look into this matter.
