Hi im a vodafone user of 9999800667. This problem i have been facing from last year. actually i got a karbonn s5 titanium phone in which i got a free unlimited 3g data sybscription for 3 mnths it got over on sep 26th. i got a service call from vodafone that my previous unlimited 3g plan is expiring today so they gave me new plan for 125 rupees in which they gave me 2 GB @ 3g data for 28 days ...i recorded that call as well but when i got my bill i saw they have charged me 473 rupees and when i called them they said they do not have any record of our conversation and i have crossed 1gb thats why its for exceessive usage i told them i was told that...then they denied to refund it then i was paying my bill deducting 473 everymnth bcz i was nt wrong and i claery askd the rep tht day if im getting 2gb in rs 125 she sd yes ...then ths guys have been charging 100 rupees on that 473 every mnth i got a reversal out of 473 in jan and i was told tht the latte fees wil be reversed in next billing along with 73 however sonce last sep i have continously been charged late fee and last mnth on sep 27 guy called me he also unbarred my outgoing and he said he will waive off 500 rupees but he failed to but now i wil not pay bill becaose more than 1200 ruppes are the late fees and even my services were barred but i have been cahrges 259 mnthly rental for internet for which i have requested to deactivate it which also they didnt entertain and sorry to say ths custmr serv ppl also dnt hv the record of sep 27 of this year also
