Anonymous on "overcharging on 9833863525"

Dear team,

I am usimy vodafone no 9833863525.my concern is regarding Bill of sept 2014.

I have used 1340mb data which is also suspicious but my
Concern is about 40mb for which I have been charged 1800rs approximate. For 1300mb I have taken rental plan.

The reason I am not able to take or change 3g plan because Vodafone Cust. Care no 198 & 111&9820098200 is not working from my phone. I have complained about Same 3or 4 times through other mediums like twitter to Vodafone. It has taken more then a month.

Due to this particular issue I am not able to contact vodafone for Taking or changing my 3g plan due to mistake of vodafone.charging 1800rs/- for 40mb,in which I am not able to contact my service provider is Vodafone unethical behaviour.

One of the guy "Harish" called me form Vodafone nodal office has told me that "if you are not able to contact Vodafone Cust care, so you have stopped using service of Vodafone 3G".

Due to mistake of Vodafone why should I stop using service. I feel no support from vodafone nodal department as they are not keen to solve my issue.

Expecting reversal of 1800rs which have been charged unethically.
