Dear Sir/Madam,
I am sorry to bring to your kind attention that on 20th october 2014 I travelled from Mumbai to Jaipur and booked your flight number 6E217with PNR no.O3NQ7F.
I was not allowed to carry any baggage wid me in the cabin which is clearly mentioned in the ticket 8kg that customer can carry instead my laptop bag was weighed and said that this is your 8 kg cabin baggage.I paid 2500 from card for that cabin baggage instead of 500 for the extra 2kg in my luggage and my cabin baggage was included in luggage.
Earlier on that very same day Itravelled from Mangalore to Mumbai in Air India flight no. AI680 PNR no.Z7X3B and there i hadno inconvinience.
Your ground staff was quite rude.It was really a horrifying experience for me.you are requested to kindly refund my money in order to restraint me in taking any legal action against your airline
