Hi
I have been charged 3-5 rs daily by my network (reliance gsm).
Spoke to the customer care representative the agent told me there is no VAS active on my number so he cant help me. Also its very difficult to get through to them.
I have received the following balance deduction messages :
1) Amount chsrged for VAS USSD Services Rs 3.00
2) Amount chsrged for VAS Techzone GSM Rs 3.00
3) Amount chsrged for VAS One97 VP Subsc Rs 10.00
4) Amount chsrged for VAS TechRWCNKVed Rs 0.50
Please help.
