I have purchased Nokia Lumia 720 in Dec 2013 from Ulhasnagar,Maharashtra.

Later I shifted to Bangalore. After 2-3 months is suddenly stopped responding. When I submitted my headset to Nokia Care office Marathalli, Bangalore I've been told that its physical damage and I had to pay 7500 to fix it.

Again after few months its touch screen was not functioning properly so I again submitted it. This time they replaced its touchscreen for free. When I brought my phone back its volume down key stopped functioning.

After more 3 months when I was in Ulhasnagar suddenly my phone went dead while unlocking it. I submitted it to Nokia care Ulhasnagar-2 where they simply reset the software and returned back to me. When I complaint for volume down key issue Nokia Care executive told me that some physical damage has been done to that key when it was opened last time which means when I submitted it previously to Nokia Care Bangalore.

Again after 2 weeks phone went dead. After 1 week its battery drained out and then it started when I changed it and again went dead.

I submitted it to Nokia Care Bangalore once again on 29/09. I was told it would take 8-10 working days.

When I called them on 14/10 I was told 8-10 working days has not completed and I'll surely get it this week.

Since no one called me till 16/10 I called them again and this time I was told it I'll have to wait till next Saturday.

The executive who spoke with me didn't assured that I'll get it next week surely.

Frankly speaking this is very frustrating and I never expected it from brand like Nokia.

Now I regret myself for buying Nokia product.
