Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mr. Pavan dhar Dwivedi from MUMBAI, My Number Vodafone Number is - +91-8976259559, DOB- 05/06/1987.
I am facing the problem by the Vodafone fraud bill, i want to inform you that we port my number from Idea to Vodafone then i take corporate plan. My monthly rental is Rs.-199 & on that time i am activate my DATA Plan of Rs.-199/Month 2GB 2G. after that i received a call from Vodafone customer care at 30 OCTOBER in evening near about 5-7 PM by a madam.
She let us a plan about the 3G DATA, she say i am a new customer of Vodafone, so Vodafone have a offer for us in RS.250/Month 2GB 3G data plan. I ask again to madam if any terms and condition so pls let me clear because a can't pay if you have any hidden charges. she confirm me dear sir no extra charges. after that i said to her pls 1st deactivate my old plan Rs-199 data plan & then activate to this 3G plan. Now i think my data plan is working 3G 2GB per month.
Now in November month i got Bill Near about Rs-800 so i pay normally i did not check to my bill carefully, But in December Month i got my Bill Rs.-1600.00, then i call to customer care they are saying as follows:
I call to customer care talk to about there and i got that your customer care inform me sir your plan was activated on 30 October but after some time in same date it is deactivated also, i ask how..?, they told don't know. When i ask why you don't know, they said sir you mail here then we deactivate.
Then i ask so who told you to activate this fraud data plan like 125 & so on. They again told don't know sir,then i again ask why you don't know,.? they said i think you call here..
After receiving the December month bill i call at least 10 time to customer care to register complaint & mail also in the email id (vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com, nodal.mum@vodafone.com, Corporate.Assist@vodafone.com). but now we are not received any answer by the Vodafone company.
Now after the 12-01-2014 i receiving the call from the Vodafone recovery department for the bill, receiving 2-3 call every day & i am facing the problem before the call, getting the instruction for the bill payment.
So please dear all.
This is my humble request to all solve the problem, contact to this madam which is give me fraud call for the fraud offer.
