Anonymous on "unnecessary deduct balance by reliance."

My name is shyamanuj, my prepaid reliance gsm no. Is #####72424. I recharged my account online with 150 rs. As soon as i recieved the bal, this msg came to me ... "You have been subscribed to ASKShtfrmtDMSSubs90 Service for 60 days" the amount charged for the service is Rs.90.00.""
I called rel care they 1. Didn't knew what is the service and how am i charged wat are the uses of the service, all they know is sir, amount is non refundable when i asked to let me talk to someone who knows the issue or understand the issue i was kept on hold for 37 mins, in vain.
My question is how can a service charge the amount i recharged with?
There is no other recharge of 90 rs is available online then how come got charged with it.
What was the procedure of getting this "VAS" which i didn't even do.
I registered a complaint after 37 mins of call after being told that i'll receive the complaint no. In a message.but i never recieved it ever. I am seriously frustrated an i really hate reliance from the core of my heart. As m not even able to get connected to reliance care (198) now.... Anticipating serious action...
