I had booked the Spice Dual Sim Dual Core Android Phone - Mi506 "Product Code - 31799361" on 19th of Sept 2014, Order No - 953798299 Sub Order No - 87923383 and received the courier on 22nd of Sept 2014 but wrong product received that is Spice MI-506 Stellar Mettle Icon Dual SIM Android Mobile Phone. I had initiated the complaint telephonically at customer care no 18001031818 that I had received the wrong product and also describe that I had not received the gift voucher of Rs 1000/- along with the mobile and the scratchless screen guard is also damaged, it is full of scratches. They had registered my complaint and give me the complaint number - 112952859 and they conveyed me that I will receive a call back from them in 48 hrs but till 24th of Sept 2014 I had not received any of the call from the concerned department. Then I had initiated one more complaint on website on 24th of Sept 2014 and on 25th of Sept 2014 morning I got the call back and describe them everything as per my complaint. They offer me that they will exchange the product with correct one and I agreed for that. They said I had to send back that packet first and after receiving the packet by them they will send me the correct one. Again I had agreed for that. They again said that I had to courier the packet by my own and the charges of the same will be refunded by them after packet received. Again I agreed. They had given me the address on which I had to courier the packet. I had courier the packet through First Flight Courier Service Ltd AWB No # I91500126618 duly mentioned given address with order no., sub order no., and mobile number too. The courier service had gone for delivery twice but the NITC pvt ltd team has denied receiving the packet at given address without seeing or giving any reason for not accepting the packet. I had again call up on customer care number that why the packet has been returned without any reason they said we will forward your concern to our seniors and within 48hrs I will get a call back but I had not received any call back. Again I had put the complaint on website complaint no 114085261 on 6th of Oct 2014 but still I had not got any call back for resolving my issue. I am following them telephonically and got reply from their side that they will arrange their courier service to take the packet from me and deliver the same on their address but already 4 days gone nothing has been happened. Nobody has come down to my place to collect the same nor did I get any call back. On 11th of Sept 2014 again I had call up on customer care number that nobody has call back nor anyone had come for pickup then got the reply that on 12th of Sept 2014 till 11:00 am I will get a call back and also he had given me their courier service number (Aramex Service). The numbers are +91-124-39419900 and +91-9987546254. The person from customer care instruct me that first wait for the call back from their department after that make a call on Aramex courier service numbers to give your location details but still I had not got any call back. At 12:00pm I had call up on customer care number and got reply nothing has been update whatever I had said. Then they had transferred the call to their seniors and from them I got a call that on 13th of Sept 2014 I will get a call back and the pickup should be arranged on the same day but I don’t have any trust whether they will do are not. I am fedup with this type of service as They send the wrong product Intentionally and not taking back. After putting somany complaints I am getting false commitment every time when every I follow them telephonically and they will close my all complaints which I had forwarded written on website so that there will be no proof left regarding the frauds done with me in the shape of complaints. Now I want my money refund back. None receipt of anything within 7 days will force me to take a legal action against the company, their management and the MD in front of law abiding court as I had so much harassed from so many days and for that I will claim the compensation from the company through court for such type of mental harassment and forcefully using my money from so many days by doing such type of frauds.
