My Name Is Raushan Kumar, I have a personal loan a/c with the HDFC bank and one EMI is pending due to some urgency in my family and also my salary has been changed. I have requested him that I will inform you as soon as I arrange the money. But regularly receiving threatening calls from the collection executive name Daleep Singh (9811102443 and 011 - 43560836) using very abusive and harassing language and threatening he will send some rowdies to my home and office and they will beat me. Due to this I am not able to go office. I called many times to the banks grievance redressal and customer care but failed to get resolution. Customer care executive says they will call you back but never received any call, Grievance redressal say call the customer care. They even not helpful in changing my EMI due date.
Its really frustrating and horrible experience.
I really need your help please solve the problem on urgent basis.
