No reply or explanation as promised even after repeated Complaints and Mails.

Dear Indigo Airlines,

I'm an Architect from Bangalore travelling to Bhubaneswar over work and family commitments. I took a flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar on 29th September, 2014 @11:45pm with a checked in baggage ... After landing in Bhubaneswar my check in main luggage bag was missing due to your ground staff's negligence.. I'm extremely upset and annoyed..I had a very important meeting in the afternoon and due to your airlines staff mistakes I'm stranded at the airport with not even a lounge or facility where I can rest or wait for my luggage. I had no assurance of any kind until Mr Ashutosh at BBI assured me that my baggage was found and on the way here but could not assure me when until hours later. There has been no call or apology or explanation of any kind from indigo's end till now verbally or formally.

The main baggage contains irreplaceable documents and assets of mine with my work laptop. After a request from Mr Ashutosh to be patient and wait for the luggage, I expected basic hospitality from the airlines end. To my surprise this is such a let down and sheer harassment when your ground staff at BBI says there no lounge or facility they can provide at all and all I could do is sit and wait at the airport all day for the luggage to arrive via suitable channels after several hours.

Kindly provide me a solution with an appropriate compensation of my time and energy and money lost over this incident.

Indigo has been know for hassle free and good service but what I've experienced after flying so many years with Indigo leaves a big scar in my heart . This is the last time I'm flying with Indigo or anyone from my family or office.. One of my worst experiences till date.. The airline today has proved to be nothing but mediocre fares with cheap services. Very shameful.

I do not greed for money but the endeavours I'm losing on at the moment because of the airlines fault should be compensated for at any cost. I have the rights to demand for it, and also both a written and verbal apology from the company made personally to me and a promise that the issues shall be resolved ASAP.

I'm awaiting a reply since 29th Step.If I don't get one soon, I'm forwarding this to the consumer forum. I believe I have the rights to demand for a clear explanation.

I haven't received an apology or an explanation to what went wrong yet. Pls get back to me regarding this issiue and do the needful.
