HI,
I have a Sony Xperia ZR mobile phone, which was purchased in Jan 2014.
Since the phone's OS was upgraded to KIT KAt 4.4.2 (automatic updates) I am facing some issues with the phone.
The Microphone has stopped working on the phone.
I can hear the other person on the call but no one is able to hear my voice.
I went to the Sony Service Center at Ghatkopar, Mumbai they said they cant take the phone as it is Dubai make and was told to contact xperia care on toll free number or mail them.
When I tried to contact Xperia Care via mail multiple times, I was only given a disclaimer that Sony does not provider International warranty.
I am ready to pay for the repair which takes out the warranty issue.
I just want my new phone fixed.
Still I have no solution as to what to do with an expensive nee phone which i am not able to use.
This is causing great inconvenience and difficulty to my everyday personal as well as professional life.
Would be glad if anyone could help me with the same.
