Dear sir I have a Account with HDFC BANK OPERA HOUSE BRANCH bank FROM last 6 year
Today morning at 10.3 AM, when I was checking my bank account I found that rs.4000 was withdraw from my bank account. Immediately I contact to customer care then I found reply from him that rupees is withdrawing by using my debit card but sir HOW ITS IS POSSIBLE WHEN I have my ATM card in my valet. How anybody can windrow money after then customer care blocked my card and as well as net banking too and the registered a complaint. The complaint no. is 718846. I had not revealed my pin no. and nobody is replying about this how anybody use my debit card when I have my card in my pocket.is it possible that bank is involve this type fraud because after withdraw i never recessives message i think this is bank responsibility to send message.
Sir please reply how could I get my money and what should I do now.
Should I file a police complain about all this or anything else
