Sir, I gave my mobile Samsung 575 to mymobilecare for repairing. The problem was minor as it was not getting charged. They took my mobile and confirmed that I will get it in 1 week. Then I called after 1week and they told me that they have misplaced the copy of my Mobile Bill and they would require duplicate copy of the same without which it cannot be send to service center. Then I send them the duplicate copy of the same and they assured that I will receive my mobile within 3-4 days. But they took complete 1 month for the repairing. And even after that, when I received my mobile the fault was still not rectified. I asked them why it still didn't get repaired and why you didn't tested before handing over to me and they said that service center guys told him that it got repaired. Then he asked me to handover the battery along with the handset as the battery could be faulty. I handed them both mobile and battery and he again assured me that he will get it repaired within 2-3 days. When I called them after 3days to know the status, they said that it is still with service center and it will take 1 week. I told them that there delivery guy assured that I will get it in 3days max and she told that it takes not less than 1 week.
Then I called them up again after 1 week and they told me that charging issue is resolved but it is not identifying the SIM, so it is still in service center. I asked them that i wanted to speak to their manager but she told me that manager is not in office. Then I asked her to provide number of there Manager and she refused to gave it. Then I again waited patiently for another 1 week and called them up again and she told me that they have lost the second copy of BIll again and I have to provide it again. I am frustrated with their behavior. This is a fraud company and it should be closed.
I found many complains against this company in this Consumer Court website. Please look into this matter and take appropriate actions against this fraud company.
