I have an account with nokia store containing username boua72. While downloading an application i have been charged twice but didn't get the application. In response of my three consecutive complaints they mailed me nokia troubleshooting manual instead of getting any consolation to refund my money. Can indian law empowers its citizen to stop the cheating process of nokia store. It is not a matter of money, it relates to the right of a citizen as envisaged by our constitution.
