My name is satish, my prepaid reliance gsm no. Is 8080704955. When I started net on mobile I got SMS ... "You have been subscribed to ASKShtfrmtDMSSubs90 Service for 60 days" the amount charged for the service for 1) time Rs.90.00."" and 2nd time Rs 25
I called rel care they
1. He refuse to take my complaint. and ready to refund 2nd) 25Rs.
2) He refuse to refund 90 Rs,
3) He refuse to note complaint about that.
4) I don't know what is use of this and what service is about.
What was the procedure of getting this "VAS" which i didn't even do.
I registered a complaint after 45 mins of call after being told that i'll receive the complaint no. In a message.but i never recieved it ever. I am seriously frustrated an i really hate reliance from the core of my heart. As m not even able to get connected to reliance care (198) now.... Anticipating serious action..
