I had recharged my netconnect+ on 7th of this month. After recharging when I checked, internet was not working. I called up customer service and gave a compalaint. The person who spoke to me told me to do so many things like, uninstall, reinstall, reboot and aftre all this he said he would take a complaint and ask his technical team to look at it. The next day I call up to get updates, the person who spoke to me next day, told me that there is no complaint saying internet is not working, but the complaint is that the data is not credited to my a/c. What bull shit. I spend so much time trying to install/uninstall s/ws and after all this the person makes a wrong note?? I then spoke to the senior authority and made my point very clear that if the issue is not resolved on the same day then there is no use resolving it, rather refund my money. The validity of my recharge was just 5 or 7 days. So no point if it is resolved after 2-3 days and I get to use it for 2 days. The lady who spoke to me that day, agreed to it. I thought ok, issue is not resolved so they will refund my money. Waited for 2 weeks. But dint hear anything from reliance. Today when I call up, the person tells me, there is no mention of refund in the complaint and he can't refund at all.
He says he will contact his technical team and ask them to resolve the issue. Such idits sit there to talk to us. That idiot doesnt even realise that the validaty of my recharge is over and no point in resolving the issue? Even after telling him 100 times that the validay of my rechrage is over and that the service was needed in a different place and now I am not there in that place, he did not understand. He kept telling he will talk to his technical team to resolve the issue. Can't believe we waste our time talking to such dumb people.
I need my money back. You have failed to resolve my issue and I cant wait for solution from you for ever. There is a time limit for everything and I had given enough time to resolve the issue. If you fail to resolve, then refund my money. Be fair to your customers. I am not rich enough to make Reliance rich by donating money for nothing.
If I dont get my money back, I will have to go through consumer court. You idiots deserve a huge fine for looting people. Its simple. If you can't provide the service, refund the money. Dont beg for money from customers.
Bloody idiots have not even responded to my mail. I will definitely drag these bastards to consumer court now.
