Today (22-09-2014) I recharged my no(9800227558) with rs 56,I had rs-25 balance in my account. After recharging my new balance is about rs 81.then I recharged my account with rs-49( 1gb 3g from 12am to 6am/night store) by self activation(*149#). Then I connect it to my PC...after few minutes its automatically disconnect ,now I checked my balance but there is zero(0) balance in my account.and the data volume is showing invalid account selection.now I called customer care(198).they told that due to technical fault problem is arise.they told they refund my balance,with the data balance.but data balance is not avialble so again my balance deducted from my main account.now I called to c.care(121). 3 person in 198 just try to avoid me.....they disconnect my phone without listening my problem.finally in 4th time some assure me that , I will get benefit of rs-49 with in 24-09-2014.,so what about my main balance???? I want my whole money back. Please help me sir
