Dear Sir / Madam,
I have booked a Consignment with Dev India Packers & Movers from Badarpur, New Delhi – 110044 to DumDum, Kolkata – 700030 (Consignment No: 1036, Bill No: 1039, Dated – 29/07/2014). But when I received my goods on 15/08/2014 the following discrepancies are there in this regard-
1. One Dining Table worth Rs 2,250/- is missing.
2. One Samsung Laptop Charger, USB Port, Head Massager are missing worth Rs. 5,500/-.
3. 4 Pcs CFL Lights, 2 pcs LED Light Sets, One Emerson Rod (1500w), 6pcs Milton Water Bottles, 2 pcs Ajanta Wall Clocks, One Nonstick Nirlep Kadrai, 12 pcs Hanger, 5 pcs Branded Body Sprays, 2 kg Surf Excel Detergent, 1 Bottle Shampoo & 5 Pcs Toilet Soaps, 5 Pcs Double Bed Sheets, 4 Pcs Cartains are missing. worth Rs.5,000/- (In this cartoon other items received)
4. One Bin Box with cover is missing worth Rs. 200.
5. The Color TV set received in damage condition worth Rs.6,000.
6. Replaced the Gas Oven Burner Top worth Rs.500
As per the contract Packing, Loading, Unloading and Unpacking will be done by Dev India Packers and Movers at my residence but I have received the goods on 15/08/2014 at 2 AM (Midnight) on DumDum Main Road by Truck No: HR 55 T0590 (Driver Mobile No, 97171327740) at 2 Km away of my residence. I carried all the materials (15 cartoons) at my residence by a van and put two labors for loading, unloading and unpacking which cost Rs.4000/- at 3 AM midnight.
I have tried to contact with the co. over mobile no: 9560984400 but I couldn’t as your mobile was in switch off mode. I had a talk with Mr.Sunil over the truck driver’s mobile but he didn’t know anything about our contract and unable to take any decision.
As per your Bill No: 1039 on 29/07/2014 I have paid Rs.12078/- (including SBI Internet Transfer to Mr.Mulchand, SBI A/C No 33615978466 on 06/08/2014 of Rs.1500/- vide Transaction ID No.ITA0997301) where it was mentioned that Rs. 750/- towards Insurance Charges, Rs. 1,328/- as Service Taxes and Rs. 3,250/- as Octroi Charges but I didn’t receive any documents for the same and was unable to find any Service Tax Registration No in the bill.
I am not getting any affirmative answer from the company for my Missing & Damaged Goods till now.
If you kindly help me in this regard I shall be grateful to you.
