I had paid my reliance broadband bill till May 2015, but since i will be travelling many days i cancelled reliance braodband and took a Reliance Netconnect + modem. They had promised to refund the amount within 45 days but till date i have not recieved any refund, its been 90 days after cancellation.
I had called customer care many times and no proper response from their end as well.
I am thinking of going legally over the issue, would like to get some suggestions on giving legal complaint and what all documents should i need to have. I have recorded almost all my conversations with customer care people and have all bills to provide.
