This is to inform that being the passenger of the Go Air flight on 6th Jan,2013 from Ranchi to Mumbai which was cancelled due to poor visibility, I wished to complain against the non-refundable paid amount of Rs.11,250 for my extra luggage.This amount was paid through debit to Go air and they said that it will be transferred to my account within 7-8 days but it has not yet been transferred. My PNR No. is 51ZN5B.
I had been complaining since last 4 weeks but neither my amount is refunded nor got any response in the form of a final date. Hope that you go through the matter and respond back accordingly.
